Was a member of jamplay but now I can,t log on and I was trying to get a year sub
Calvin, Did you’re membership expire and you didn’t renew? This happened to me a couple of months ago. The credit card I had been using for the auto-billing each month expired and I didn’t catch it. I had to sign-up again to re-activate my subscription. Everything (my progress, lessons etc.) was all still there, but I couldn’t get access untilI recently signed up. Also there was an issue with my 10% off coupon (the one you’d use for a full-year) but I contacted Jamplay and they fixed it up for me so it should be working no trouble now.
